DO you charge for consultations?
We would be happy to provide a free, no-obligation, consultation to assist you in determining the best method of selling your assets. Our experienced auctioneers have a wealth of knowledge and can offer you the best advice when it comes to selling your residential, commercial, industrial, or agricultural properties. what do you charge?
While this seems like an easy question to answer, it really isn’t. We need to be able to see what you have to sell in order to determine rates. Our commission rates are fair and we include many things that other auction companies do not. As we don’t charge for consultations, simply give us a call and we can schedule a time to meet with you and go over the process and options.
do we have enough for an auction?
We can still help even if you have just one item, or a few – depending on what the asset is. We have sold items in online only auctions before that they were the only item (and did well). We can also sometimes combine your items with those of another consigner to make a larger auction.
where are you located?
While we live in Pickerington, Ohio, we DO cover the entire state of Ohio. If we can’t help, we may be able to refer you to our network of other auctioneers located all across the state.
what do you sell?
We specialize in selling good quality antiques, glassware and collectibles. Michael Hoffman has extensive experience selling real estate at auction and has successfully sold hundreds of properties using the auction method of marketing.
how do you sell items?
There are essentially 3 ways of selling items: 1) live public auction, 2) online only timed auction, and 3) a simulcast auction which combines the power of a live public auction with an online bidding component. We look at each potential auction and make a determination as to which way will maximize the return.
do you have an auction facility?
We do not have an auction facility, but do have the ability to rent such facilities when needed. We also have the ability to haul items as necessary.
